I really do appreciate it. I do like the family vibe here, it puts me at ease. I've looked at other sites and didn't much care for it. It seemed like there was allot of bickering and unnecessary flat out disrespect.

I will always stay honest with y'all. The way I see it is that everyone is looking our for one another. How an i supposed to ask for meaningful help if I am holding back or not being honest? It's would be a absolute waste of everyone's time and consideration.

I am also looking for recommendations for somewhere I can get blood work done while on. I've never done blood work while on PED's. I have always wanted to know how things look, I just never wanted to risk setting off alarms.

Just plugging along. It has been a bit emotional around the house with Mother's Day and our recent loss. I just had to throttle back a bit and focus on the family.

I've continued to eat clean and put some good work in at our gym.

I think I have found a supplier and am hoping to place an order in a day or two and get this thing going.

I did want some feedback before I place my order. Im considering an oral, maybe Var? I'm curious to see what the general consensus will be.

Thank you all. I would like to say that I don't let shit build up, but that would be a lie. I have gotten better with age and experience at managing frustrations. I really do try my best to not stay angry, not hold grudges, forgive, not forget but hold myself/others accountable for our actions.
I truly feel that holding on to negatively and hatred are the things that caused cancer, metaphorically and, physical to an extent.
My wife says that I can be like a pressure cooker. I have improved drastically, but I do admittedly need to continue the work.
One of my biggest concerns about going on cycle was how I would be as a person and how I would treat others. The funny thing is, that I was more level headed and self aware during my cycles. I think that my fear of emotionally hurting someone dear to me made me very cautious and self aware.
I have had far more negative experiences off the sauce, than on. Obviously, that has allot to to with the simple mathematical facts of time on vs off.
Anyway, I really appreciate you all.

Breakfast was really early and simple
4 build eggs
2 cup oatmeal with ¼cup mixed nuts, and ½cup of unsweetened Ripple plant based milk.
Coffee protein shake combo while snacking on dry roasted Walnuts on the drive.

Back, abb, and some cardio work today.
The cardio is kinda cheating to be honest. I went on a dirtbike ride in the mountains for an hour or so to watch the sunrise and clear my head.

Snack during the ride was protein bar and 12 out of my 24oz Shaker with All Day You May BCAA.

I am taking the morning off from the gym to get some work done. I need to hit the grocery store today. My fridge is way too low.

No eggs this morning. I had a late night hunger attack and ate my last 4 hard boiled eggs.

Just a side not for anyone that has these mushrooms that grow wild in your area. King boletus should be starting to pop in about 25-35 days, depending on elevation, soil temp, and moisture. They are very good and good for you. They preserve well dried or canned like a pickle. I love them fresh with some steak.

Hell of an idea. Looks like I will be getting some vanilla protein. I typically get chocolate. I used to use Universal Nutrition "Real Gains" in the 5 or 10lb bag, but they don't make it in that size anymore. These days im just trying to use stuff that is lower in sugar and other unnecessary shit.

A good planned trip can change ones outlook in a good way.....

Let me know if you ever have any mushroom questions. I love hunting, fishing, and foraging for foods. I like to have a "personal" relationship with my meals as much as possible.

I will be crushing some fresh fish with summer on its way. Fresh salmon and trout, making me hungry..

@Catfishlips do the hard boiled eggs give you gas? when you boil them the gasses get trapped in them. thats why i never eat them boiled anymore
