Week 3 of the cycle and I am feeling great… lean gains, but more importantly, I notice a clear recomposition. I have definitely lost fat…. I will let you guess exact number, I’m not sure myself right now but I know my body fat percentage has dropped.

Sometimes I toss in a bit of spinach with my eggs just to boost my micronutrients without changing the flavor much.

starting the day with some fresh fruits/veggies is a good one. a lot of people eat really bad to start the day. that isn't good @Tiger Salman Khan
