Unbranded. From a guy I've been dealing with for years who brews it himself.

That said, I need a new source. Since the border lockdown (which, BTW, I 100% support and even applaud) he's pretty much shut down for lack of raws.
 
Deca might not fit what you're looking for so by all means drop it.

I've dropped it until my "stuff" starts working again. I was fine at 120mg/week. I just didn't feel like that was doing much for me. 180/week was too much. I'll add it back in at 120/week mainly for whatever joint pain relief it can give me. I should have experimented with NPP so it would clear my system quickly, but I don't have NPP.
 
Try not to overthink things. A lot of times a scale plays tricks on us and our weight can fluctuate. Some people can go up and down six to eight pounds. @EMW14

Back up to 192.6 this morning. Yesterday I must have lost a couple pounds of water I normally am carrying.

Used to, when I was cutting, I put my daily weight and calories in a spreadsheet. That way, I could easily see the overall trend as opposed to daily ups and downs. I probably should do that again for this growth phase.
 
Doing a chest workout today. Dragging ass, as usual today.

Warmup: empty bar x 30 reps
135lbs x 10 reps
185 x 5 reps

Also did lateral and anterior raises, 10lb db's x 20 reps each.

245lbs: 5x5

Incline DB press:
75lbs: 1x4
70: 3x5

Done. I should do another set, but I've put a kink in my neck and I've run way past the time I intended to spend in the gym.

Doing a couple quick sets of seated incline db hammer curls as a PT thing for bicep tendon/rotater cuff.
15lb: 1x10
20: 1x8

Lunchtime. Awesome pump in my pecs and was pretty strong today. Pretty happy with 5 sets of 5 at 245lbs on the bench. Maybe see about going up to 250 next time.

Close grip bench press:
Empty bar warmup: 1x20
135 lbs warmup: 1x10
185: 1x5
205: 4x5. This is pretty close to my upper limit right now. I got 5 clean reps but the last 2 were tough on every set. Running out of both time and energy.

Biceps:
EZ Bar Curls supersetted with CG Bench Press:
40 lbs on ez curl bar: 1x10
50: 1x5
55: 1x5
60: 2x5

Abs/hip flexers:
"In & out:" 1x15
"Bicycle:" 1x15
Russian twists w/ 20lb db: 1x15. These were a challenge. I've been doing them with a 15lb db so this was a 30% increase in weight.

The ab exercises were done in succession with tri's and bi's so it looked like this:
CG Bench followed by
EZ Curl bar followed by
In & Out. Next round did bicycles; then Russian Twists.

Done. Not a big workout at all but I sure did tax my tri's and bi's.

I barely slept last night. Sleep is always a problem for me. Has been for years. Having hormone levels in the proper balance helps, but is no guarantee. Test level too low, no sleep. Too high, no sleep. This is what finally led me to split my dosing into three shots, MWF. Too much on any one day and I don't sleep for several days. I think doing shift work for a number of years may have permanently messed up my sleep cycle, though I was having sleep problems years before I did shift work. So maybe that's a faulty conclusion...

I finally fell sound asleep around 4 and slept until almost 8. I HATE waking up late like that; my preference is to be up at 6. No way to do that this morning. Consequently, it's 9:40 and I'm still eating breakfast. It's hard to be productive when your day doesn't start until 10am.

Yesterday, I did my first shot of the week, without Deca. I boosted my Mast E dose in an effort to get the Sarge to stand at attention when he's supposed to. So:
Test E 250: 50mg
Test P 100: 10mg
Mast E 200: 200mg (normally Mast E is 140mg/injection).

Previous injection was Friday morning. Same as above except the lower Mast dose of 140mg.

192 lbs on the scale this morning. Owing to my extremely late rising, I took care of morning "business" prior to weigh in, which explains the slightly lower weight compared to yesterday. 32" pants still fit (tight as usual) so I'm confident I'm not getting fat...

I'll try to squeeze a back workout in today at some point. I have a high priority job to get done on the house today and I'm deep frying a turkey this evening. So I'll have to get the workout in between things. It's also primary voting day, so that's going to take a bite out of the day. I need to investigate most of the candidates before I can make an informed decision on who to vote for.

I'm now 100% out of HGH. Took my last dose last night. So I'm on the hunt for a source of quality HGH. I can still get it from my usual gear source, but I'm suspect of the HGH quality. Generic black tops is what I've been getting. I want to try something else and see if I can get a better result with maybe a lower dose. What I've been doing is 3iu nightly.

I've tried melatonin my itself. If I take enough to help me sleep, I'm groggy and tired all day the next day.

My wife has ordered me something which hasn't yet arrived. I'll post up what it is when it arrives. Maybe the combo you mentioned above.

Bros, I like these quick workouts. Sometimes you got to do them. @EMW14 if I get a call in the middle of a workout to go do a plumbing job, sometimes I have to drop things and go.

@EMW14 nothing wrong with a quick 20-minute workout. Sometimes those can be the best workouts especially if you do them fast.
