185 x 5 reps
Also did lateral and anterior raises, 10lb db's x 20 reps each.
245lbs: 5x5
Incline DB press:
75lbs: 1x4
70: 3x5
Done. I should do another set, but I've put a kink in my neck and I've run way past the time I intended to spend in the gym.
Doing a couple quick sets of seated incline db hammer curls as a PT thing for bicep tendon/rotater cuff.
15lb: 1x10
20: 1x8
Lunchtime. Awesome pump in my pecs and was pretty strong today. Pretty happy with 5 sets of 5 at 245lbs on the bench. Maybe see about going up to 250 next time.
