    Sea food, protein, heavy lifts with lots of squats, junk food... mainly just eat :) sounds great. I'll be sure to cheak back in for more ideas. Right now i just plan to go pick up a bunch of tuna, some whey protein, maybe a weight gainer, and try to hit the gym a little harder. as for the AAS...

    yesteray i recived about 30 tabs from a friend who said it was dianabol 5 mg. the tabs were small sort of dark pink round in shape and sort of skinny on one side there was a line spliteing it in half and on the other there is nothing...i hit the gym today after taking 5 tabs and i felt great it...

    I am 22 years old 6"1' and 160 lb. 5% body fat I have been going to the gym for a few 4 times a week for a month now and trying to take this seriously. I just want to know what everyone recomends for massing. I havent gained a single pound all that seems to be happening is my stamina and form...
