Using anavar and EQ for a recomposition

41 years old, 5 ft 11 in, 182 lbs, and around 12% body fat. Looking for some advice when it comes to using EQ and anavar together. I've got 500 mg of EQ lined up for 12 weeks. Now when it comes to the anavar, should I run it the last six weeks of the cycle or should I try to run it the entire cycle? What would be a good dosage?

If you want to run a recomp cycle, I'd advice you go with this stack:
Week 1-12: EQ - 400 mg per week
Week 1-12: Test Cyp or E - 200-300 mg per week
Week 1-6: 30-50 mg per day

Here is how I would run this stack. I would do it like this: 300 mg testosterone, 25 mg of Anavar, and add in some HGH at 2 IU.

Bros, you're not going to go wrong with EQ here. I would add some EQ at 400 to 500 mg a week. Do testosterone at 300 mg a week.

Stack it like this:
- EQ: 350 mg a week
- Testosterone: 300 mg a week
- T-bol at 50 mg a day or anavar

Make sure you run this cycle for 12 to 14 weeks. That is a sweet spot. You could always swap out the EQ for some primo if you want, but EQ is a good option and I like Winstrol here over the Anavar.
