    Going good brother...the leg is 95% so I am killing it, but being careful. I have stretching 3-4 times a week, ice and I am all good! How is the little one?

    Chest is trickier than calves brother...Quads aren't that bad either...you just have to suck up the pain and go with it. It stretches the fascia bro...this is what you need.

    I never go to where my elbows are below parallel as i believe that is where damage occurs. As you can see I don't go real heavy anymore either. I would rather get my mass from DB work.
