I hit them once a week. 2 sets of barbell curls, 2 sets of scott curls or hammer curls and 2 sets of bent-over cable concentration
curls to failure. Works for me!
I train alone and I prefer it that way. I stay more focused, none of that bullshit talking crap going on between people. Ya gotta go in the gym, hit it with all the intensity ya got, beat your previous lifts and get out to eat!
I would definitely take it immediately after your intense workouts KR. Use the powder form (5g) over the capsules. Mix it with whey protein isolate and water in a shaker during your drive home............then have a Huge Shake with all your supps when you get in.
