I honestly think it doesn't do a damned thing.
Anyone who has worked with me or knows me, knows that I don't give 2 shits what Dr. Jonny says, nurse suzy, guru jimmy or spongebob buffpants about whether something works or not. I have to see for myself. I have used glutamine at doses higher than 50g a day for extended periods of time and have then cut them out completely and have noticed no difference in strength, condition, fullness, etc.. Now, that may not be the only way to tell if something works but if I don't notice a difference in ANYTHING at all after dropping from over 50g to nothing, I don't feel it has much promise as something that has received so much hype over the years. Yes, it may have other positive attributes but if they don't impact my gains, condition, strength, etc., then I don't give a shit.
I believe that it would need to be delivered in a different manner than orally to be effective.
This is just my opinion, though.
