wider stance and i go as deep as i can....i put a 5 lb plate under my heels and can really go ATG now without tilting forward......im suprised u dont feel the narrower stance in ur quads as when i do that i usually have to go lighter because my quads get an amazing pump....

Well remember Ronnie had an extensive powerlifting background....there are pros who have great form ie Levrone so whatever works for u big dawg stick to it :thumbsup:
I'll use extensions to warm up the knees n quads before heavy squats or if i do extensions as a pre exhaust iw ont go as heavy on squats but i'll do some 20 rep sets with 225 or something like that either way extensions are a GREAT way to fatigue the quads.....
