Im glad I found this forum and need a little help and direction and was hoping I could get some help here. I have done a few cycles in the past, not a serious gym guy (in the past) but looking to get shaped up over the winter and look better by the summer of 2010...My biggest objective is to loose the "spare tire" around my waist... I'm 6'1" and in the mornings I weight 199.8lbs, before bed its usually 202'ish. I have sort of a soccer guys build with a little spare tire..

My past Cycle expeiences have been Dianobol Pills alone, Test E/Deca, and Test E/Tren E.

In the past when I did the cycles I was still eating fairly shitty...fast food, eating out and so on, but I was seeing good results in the gym on my upper body...chest, arms, shoulders, and so on...my gut/spare tire would barely loose a little, but still there..

My last cycle was several months ago and I havent been in the gym for 3-4 months. Everything I have gained I have totally lost and Im basically starting from scratch again and Im ready to start off again but I wanted to go in the right direction, so I need some input.

I currently have some gear, but Im not sure that using from the get go was a good idea? I have a pretty deep list of gear right now and also not sure what to use, or how to stack it, so need some help there...lastly...diet?? I read some posts about what some people eat and wow...I'm not trying to body build, I just want to look good again so is diet a super serious thing for me?

Any direction will totally help and is appreciated...

Here is what I currently have in my gear collection to use right now without spending more money.

1- 50ml Test E 300mg/1cc
1- 10ml Tren E 200mg/1cc
1- 10ml Prop 100mg
1- 10ml Masteron 100mg

Also what will help kill the spare tire?...diet? exercise? gear?

First, forget about the gear. Start training ad eating right and work on your foundation. I can always tell the guys who start cycling right away without any foundation ,they look like shit. The have no density what so ever. You want a quick fix which don't happen here maybe in fantasy land.

Thanks for the comments so far....

I really wasnt sure if starting back up with a cycle would help in the begining or not. Where I have struggled with training in the past is ( i think) patience in seeing any significant results. When I did the Test E/Deca cycle I was in the gym twice a day 5 days a week, the results kept me going back to the gym for more. I stayed in the gym 3 times a week when the cycle was done and kept a good look and some of the gains.

I was off for a while and started the test e/tren e cycle, got through half of it and stopped because I moved to another state...So now I'm settled and ready to go again, just didnt know if I should start off using the gear or not? seeing results keeps me motivated but will starting out that way be bad in the long run?..Im lucky though, my wife loves the bedroom side effects of the test...lol

If your not gonna train and eat to grow 100% after the cycle then drop the gear all together. When the gains slow if you stop theres no point in using gear again its a tetertottering effect. Gain 10 to 15 pounds lose 10 to 15 pounds then cycle again. Whats the point if your not going to stay with it? Sorry if this sounds harsh but if you lose interest in the gym just because the gains arent substantial this game is probably not for you.

Maybe get some creatine protein get the diet dialed in and train for about 6 months to a year and if your still pumped about getting in the gym daily everyday and growing even though it might not be huge gains, then it will be time to start getting a cycle together. This is just what i advise and please dont take it the wrong way.

damn...you guys have ALL the fun....well not much i can 'add' lol ... for you gear seems like a 'thrill of the moment' sort of thing based on ur thread bro....like you slack 'between' cycles and then look forward to them and do watever afterwards....its a neverending process bro and realistically if u dont eat clean and think that you can 'get by' while on cycle then you will pretty much gain a shit ton o fat during pct and post cycle as well as lose more of what you've gained in strength and muscle....I agree 100% with what they've said....think of it like this bro...ur body iz a house...every time u work out u break it down....u just eating right and getting adequate amounts of sleep means you have more bricks to work with and build it back up bigger....eating right ON CYCLE and u build it back up bigger and stronger a whole lot quicker....question iz...iz ur foundation sturdy enough to handle the 'new bricks' after you've built it back up????

sell your soul to the devil :satan:
This is kind of where I was heading...and I apologize if I didnt come right out and say it...

I really WANT to commit to training and looking good and feeling good. I just dont necessarily want to do it to a body builder level, but dont get me wrong you guys look great. I usually have a pretty busy schedule so I dont have set time where I can regularly go to the gym, normally.

I turn 35 in a couple of days and I want to commit to looking better and taking better care of my body and I was throwing out what has worked for me in the past. Using the gear helped me commit to staying in the gym cause I spent so much money on it, but when my cycle was done usually I allowed work related issues to steer me away from the gym. I think now due to my age and the fact that my work has slacked off due to the economy its the perfect time for me to really commit to the gym and restructure my schedule and work life around the gym.

Im sure this site will also help me stay commited, especially with the pics of everyones progress. Thanks for the input guys...

So commit to training, looking good, and feeling good. You don't need gear for that. You have to want it bad enough to really commit. Doesn't seem like you did and used gear as a crutch. As soon as the gear was gone, there was no "reason" to train since you obviously thought the gear was necessary. Gear isn't the magic pill many think it is. You still have to train hard and eat right to get results. You could use a whole gram of test, but if you just stay on the couch, it will do nothing for you. You have to have the foundation to train right and eat right from the beginning. Gear is only something to help take you past your natural genetics. Not all of us train to compete or to become pro bodybuilder size, but we do have something in common: we have committed to building our bodies to whatever level we desire. You say you want to commit--I'm not sure I believe you. If you do want to commit, you'll plan your schedule so you can make it to the gym. It doesn't have to be at the same time every day. It could be 6 am Mon, 3 pm Wed, and 9 pm Fri for all intents and purposes. Figure it out. Make it a priority. If you really want it, DO IT. Don't make excuses. Hard words, I know, but you need to get it firmly in your head what you really want to do.
