Im glad I found this forum and need a little help and direction and was hoping I could get some help here. I have done a few cycles in the past, not a serious gym guy (in the past) but looking to get shaped up over the winter and look better by the summer of 2010...My biggest objective is to loose the "spare tire" around my waist... I'm 6'1" and in the mornings I weight 199.8lbs, before bed its usually 202'ish. I have sort of a soccer guys build with a little spare tire..
My past Cycle expeiences have been Dianobol Pills alone, Test E/Deca, and Test E/Tren E.
In the past when I did the cycles I was still eating fairly shitty...fast food, eating out and so on, but I was seeing good results in the gym on my upper body...chest, arms, shoulders, and so on...my gut/spare tire would barely loose a little, but still there..
My last cycle was several months ago and I havent been in the gym for 3-4 months. Everything I have gained I have totally lost and Im basically starting from scratch again and Im ready to start off again but I wanted to go in the right direction, so I need some input.
I currently have some gear, but Im not sure that using from the get go was a good idea? I have a pretty deep list of gear right now and also not sure what to use, or how to stack it, so need some help there...lastly...diet?? I read some posts about what some people eat and wow...I'm not trying to body build, I just want to look good again so is diet a super serious thing for me?
Any direction will totally help and is appreciated...
Here is what I currently have in my gear collection to use right now without spending more money.
1- 50ml Test E 300mg/1cc
1- 10ml Tren E 200mg/1cc
1- 10ml Prop 100mg
1- 10ml Masteron 100mg
Also what will help kill the spare tire?...diet? exercise? gear?
