im 6'3 and 208lbs. Yes I am doing a 4 week cycle of IGF and hoping to lose 2% BF in the next month and add a few lbs of lean body mass and ill be happy!
I was just curious what my bf% was now, so I have a baseline// to work with. But I have been working with pix and every month I look better.
I took No Explode for the last few weeks and started doing major Cardio with my diet. Starting IGF cutting cycle this week, just waiting on order to come in mail. Presser? did you happen to ship that out if your reading this? lol
ok so pic one is 5 weeks ago, pic 2 is today. Do you see a noticeable body fat difference and if so what % change do you think?
Also does anyone know (estimate) what my current Bf is at?

so I have been off for a few weeks now and all I can say is that my weight is still 209, and my bodyfat is about the same. 11-12% ish. I cant wait to start my next cycle.
so I stopped around the 6 week mark. I saw my best results around week 4-5. Not bad stuff. I am definitely enjoying my new body, but still trying to drop a few more % bodyfat. I plan on doing another IGF cycle in about 2 months, until then, I plan on leaning as much as possible.
6 week mark. Results are starting to taper. Weight 209. I have about a week left of IGF and I will be done with my cycle. Body fat is still around 12%.
