Been in the bodybuilding sence now for over 10 yrs and have seen and done alot of trail and error. Just would like to see if I could help.
From what Im getting, seems like you need to take your beer money and spend it on a personal trainer who will be a hard ass on you, sounds like your will power is weak.

232lbs this morning. I've had a real crappy week. Ever since our aniversery, Its been hard for me to get my cardio/ diet back on track. This past weekend was hard cause we had a bunch of family stuff planned. I did get a 30 minute run in on saturday, and did chest, delts, and tri.
My weight has stabilized at 232. Even though i've been eating bad, its not like before where it skyrockets up to 240. I think its cause of all the running, maybe my metabolizim is finally picking up some???
