lol. I plan on cardio for an hour today. Im getting really fustraited with these slow results. Everyone seems to notice but me, i look in the mirror and see a bunch of fat.
 
so looks like a half hour run maintaining a 135 hr. Then another half hour on the elliptical. I cant believe im not loosing weight at this pace! wtf??
 
229 on the way down!! I feel better now, I was getting a little pissed cause i want to get super lean.

Today is going to be legs. I've learned my lesson about running then attempting squats. So i may do some elliptical for a half hour, then do legs.
 
its a tuff battle. Today im looking in the mirror and stuff is starting to really pop out, but man... I feel small!! Just put my work shirt on for my bouncing gig.. and its kinda loose... Not just the gut, but in the arms... DAMN!! tomorrow morning ill put a tape on these bad boys and see what the damage is.

I was going to party tonight cause the wife and kids have been driving me insane. Not sure though, kinda wore out. Thank god the air will be kicking, the place is like an ice box-makes the ladies nipples hard! -oh ya!!!

Hey NS maybe you should stay off the scale and go by the mirror don't forget you are losing bulk and fat so you will look smaller but more cut and harder

228 this morning. Didnt party much last night. So it was good. Im planning on just going for a run today and maybe some elliptical. Im starting to lean out now, kinda where i was like a month ago.

Last night wasnt to crazy.... Have to work tonight to. But i doubt ill be drinking to much. I've noticed that if i stay away from saturday nights, i get in less trouble. The wife and i had a big blow out 2 nights ago. When she showed up this chick had her arm around me from the wedding party and my wife was still pissed about it. Good thing she didnt show up 2 minutes before cause my hand was on her crotch. The chick was saying that i wouldnt cheat, and i was full of shit.... so i wanted to grab her attension-lets say.
 
229 lbs this morning. Got smashed lastnight. Didnt do anything worth writing about though.

Im starting to notice joint pain now from all the running. I dont know if im going to make it to the gym today, graduation party, then i have to spend some quality time with the wife. Then its a small vacation, its are aniversery. so i wont be back till tuesday.

Im not taking the igf with me, so im planning on just watching the carbs and try to come back hard on wednesday.
 
hey bro do u wake up shredded from being so dehydrated from drinkiing the night before? when i would have a few drinks i would wake up litterly shredded with veins popping out all over until i hydrated back up
 
haa haa... im never shredded. My veins do pop out a little more while im drinking, but thats about it.
 
back from my little vacation. I didnt really stick to the diet. So im feeling chubby.

Today im back on the diet/ back on the training.
 
232lbs. I was scared to get back on the scale. But thats not to bad. Ran for 30, hit traps, back and bi. after taking a few days off, running is a piece of cake. I ran for the 30 without feeling tired at all.

Starting 40mgs of igf back up today, along with 100 mgs of clen, and some eca's.
 
most likely i wont make it to the gym today. Im planning on running outside instead. I hate running on the pavement cause my joints are already hurting from all the previous running.
 
got in a 30 minute run, chest, shoulders, tri, abs... It was a good day.

I've been off the igf for the last couple days. Ill get back into it shortley.
 
ok i had to jump in here and ask, what are you trying to do? lose body fat? What are the goals your tryng to reach here? I just read this whole thing and I am confused or lost one.

Just give a quick recap of what you are trying to do and what your taking and your stats again as of right now.

Been in the bodybuilding sence now for over 10 yrs and have seen and done alot of trail and error. Just would like to see if I could help.

From what Im getting, seems like you need to take your beer money and spend it on a personal trainer who will be a hard ass on you, sounds like your will power is weak.
 
Hey NS been off for a few. I crashed energy strength and now tired being away from the IGF. I feel really burned out so I am taking some time off from the wts. That IGF really makes a big difference. Hope you had a great 4th:pleased:

Im trying to maintain muscle mass while still cutting body fat. I do drink about 2-3 nights a week, mostly cause i bounce at a bar. Your right, willpower is weak, but Im not looking to compete. I just like looking good, and kicking ass. So far, i've been doing a good job at that.

232lbs this morning. I've had a real crappy week. Ever since our aniversery, Its been hard for me to get my cardio/ diet back on track. This past weekend was hard cause we had a bunch of family stuff planned. I did get a 30 minute run in on saturday, and did chest, delts, and tri.

My weight has stabilized at 232. Even though i've been eating bad, its not like before where it skyrockets up to 240. I think its cause of all the running, maybe my metabolizim is finally picking up some???

your metabolizim will pick up if you eat enough meals through out the day. Okay this is what I would do if I was you, again what i would do. The money you are spending on IGF you could probally do roids with a good diet and get better and quicker results. I would suggest Tren(fina) and anavar, trust me those two together are badass combo and it will transform your body. Also, and if you dont want to take my word for it, do some research it is proven to work. And that is diet with D-bol. I did my last contest and had d-bol in my precontest line up and i looked bettter than i ever did. YOu could do it by itself or just do a cc of test a weak to go with it. Also that would be dirt cheap to do. Well man good luck. I just think trying to rely on IGF alone trying to do what you want to do is not going to happen.
