well, maybe just drop one or the other, i would say your macro split should be around 40 40 20 and you're higher in carbs right now.. other than that, looks good to me, so i'd just add in some cardio like the others said. i hate dropping my cals if i don't have to.
what are your stats? also, i don't see any greens in there, i'd deff add those into every real meal..maybe cut the pasta and switch to a big sweet potato instead of regular potato
Thank you all! i was thinking about doing it before the gym then before bed which is perfect b/c i lift around 8pm and go to bed around 11pm. I think i need to update my last log.
thanks again!
i've read somewhere that drinking coffee pwo could help speed up recovery time.
i've never had coffee though and just have some protein, starchy carbs and greens before i lift..
I know the half life is around 4 hrs, but i haven't taken it for about 7 years and i believe i just used to take it right around the time i would lift. Does anyone do that or space it out throughtout the whole day? thanks!
i'm about to do a similar cycle and thought about keeping myself in a caloric deficit, but i decided to stay at maintenance and just adjust my macros. 50%p, 35%f, 15% carbs. I will have greens with every meal and then fruit preworkout, gatorade during workout and some milk pwo for my carbs...
i don't even think i would run t3 without a good amount of juice. have you had your bf% checked? i would do that and make sure you're not losing muscle. b/c i would expect more fat loss.just my 2 cents...
