Weighed in this morning at 240.8. Starting the new cardio and diet plan as of today. Headed to do chest soon and hamstrings later on. Will see how I feel today.
Talked with Nuknuk tonight. Will be changing my diet and cardio this week. Two 20 min sessions of cardio each day at high intensity. I will now have a third shake each day. Also added in a few more carbs. We are pleased with where I am at so that is a good thing. Will not start carb cycling...

I agree that probably training them twice a week would help. Try higher volume with your reps at 10-20 but no less than 10. See how that helps. But everybody has a body part that grows great compared to the others. Mine is shoulders.
