    Anyone use Distilled water for cutting?

    If one wants to make cutting in his/her body shape then he/she should stop drinking so much of water. Water resist the cutting of your body and if you do permanently exercise for several days without so much of water then also you will get cutting in your body.

    Inner chest workout

    I am also having big tris which increases my arms size overall. I am having a proportionate physique like i have big tris as well as big chest and legs muscle.. LOL
