if so how is for you? I personally notice water blat reduction by a good amount
 
nope, honestly last prep I didnt even drink a gallon of water a day, yet I stayed dried as hell though out the whole prep.
 
What would be the benefit of distilled water? It seems like spring water would be better. Distilled is missing all the minerals.
 
If one wants to make cutting in his/her body shape then he/she should stop drinking so much of water. Water resist the cutting of your body and if you do permanently exercise for several days without so much of water then also you will get cutting in your body.

thats the point, there is NOTHING in distilled so it flushes all the shit out of your body

Yeah, I figured that. Why would trace minerals have an effect on dropping body fat? That's the correlation I don't see.
 
bc mineals arent pulling anything out, they are staying in your body, distilled pulls everything out bc nothing is in it

it pulls water bloat off of you lol I guess its hard to explain without writing a novel, I'll have to find a good write up and post it
 
I'm assuming that since you're not taking anything extra in, you're not having anything left behind once the water drains from your system. I'd venture a guess that you'd still want to make sure you're getting minerals in your body, but probably just not from water

That's pretty much the opposite of what actually happens. You want a lot of water in your body so that your body stays hydrated and doesn't retain any water subcutaneously. If you're even slightly dehydrated, your body will hold onto all the water it can get a hold of, if you're hydrated it doesn't need to do so
 
i was always taught to NOT use distilled water, your body needs those minerals, though i know guys who use it to cut before ashow
 
im sure you do, and most the shit in water shouldnt be in there anyways, like flouride..... My mom had a distiller and you should see the literal chunks of shit that came out of the clear tap water, it was insane. Im talking things like frosted flakes with a 2 inch diameter when th water goes through that process, and thats only with a 2 1/2 gallon distiller
 
I have a filter that I use for tap water and it always has like black chunks in the filter after a few uses, it kinda makes me sick to see that shit
