I think sqauts need to be done even if you have to lighten up the weight and do more reps. I have tried to build decent legs without squats because of bad knees but without success.
Same, and train each body part twice until I feel I'm gasing out and switch to one body part a day. But always train legs twice a week because that is my weakest area.
Gained a solid 14lbs of muscle in 2010 and hope to do it again in 2011 and maybe more as I am learning more and more about weight training and nutrition thanks to the people and information on this forum.........:bber:
I have never heard any thing good from the orals but I have never taken them either so I can't say from experience. I would just stick to the injectables if it were me.
