Great point, I've been on about a week, but I think I need to increase my dose a bit. I started at the bare minimum just to get a feel for it, but I'm not really getting the pumps everyone talks about.
No, I've just been doing 10 each side so far, or 20 total. I'm going to double it starting tomorrow and see what that does for me. I wanted to start low and work up, because I've heard how potent it is.
I'm leaning towards Sust, Anadrol, and maybe something else, I've got a little bit to choose from, just haven't narrowed everything down on that yet. I'm just going to really focus on getting as big as possible this next year.

That's pretty smart to do bro as u don't want to start to high a dose that may be more then u need and u not realize u could have been using much less effectivly and basically waiting it so ur doing the right thing Brutha starting low and building up
you know I did that for awhile to, and it make my chest look fuller/ more rounded...bis to, and even triceps..if you apply it to the stomach you seem to get a overall pump..maybe its in my head, but IDK...seems to workout that way...
