well add atleast an inch to my calfes, get my right arm as big as my left one again (still about an inch off, was 2 inches off 5 months ago) Maybe be 203-205 with around 4% less BF, this morning I was 199 so that shouldnt be an issue, other than I eat everything. GET A JOB back in my career field (pray for me). Id like to be benching in the 300's again like last year, better form on my squats, ***basically where I was preinjury plus 5 to 7 pounds.
