    Things are going well so far. Having to take everything slower then I want just to recover.

    I took my second shot of the week which bumped me up to 500 mg of test this week. Got a good shoulder workout in. Could do any pressing movements simply because of issues with my shoulders plan on adding a pressing movement after chest on Saturday.
