so today on seated front hammer raises I did
35 lb db's for 10
45 dbs for 10
55 dbs for 5
65 dbs for 8!!!
than on individual side raises
20 x 10
25 x 10
30 x 10
35 x 10
I usually have only gone to 55s with seated fronts and 25s for sides
