Ok here we go 12 wks @100mcgs e.d doing Y3T style training plus FsT-7 added after workout basically drawing more blood in the muscles ' pumped'
Stats 232lbs 6'0
Not test till next week just muscle chemistry igf and bsl alpha 1
Meal plan basically morning eggs + carb source
bagel ,oatmeal, ect, lunch fish, steak or chicken + rice
post workout meal rice and different protein sources, dinner fish this wk low carb like vegetable
Started today 50mcgs igf in each quad, pre workout drink
40grams karbo-lyn,
10 grams mono creatine
Scoop of humaPro.
post shake same without creatine
Leg day Heavy weight but controling it, squats free weight
6 sets 315 lbs 8-10reps
Dead lifts
6 sets 315 lbs 6-8reps
Calfs
Not free weights but calf machine
6 sets 400 lbs 8 reps
Not much of work out but rough week
