Ok I read the rules again and I'll conform to not saying anything that pertains to anything illegal. I'm guessing your implying rule 3. With all the underage folks using fake IDS these days I just thought someone may have obtained one on-line. There are 100's of web sites offering them from a simple search. I'm not sure that its even illegal. I don't have a physical drivers license or anyway of obtaining one for another year as I'm revoked. The post office doesn't take non picture Ids. Sorry

DMV will give you photo ID. (not a drivers license)
