its all about hard work, first 2 weeks were eca stack and cardio am on empty stomach, and around 6-7 meals a day. I lowered my carbs from 500-700, to 150-200, tampering down each day, my body went into shock, i have fast metabolism, once i got it into a rhythm the fat just came off. I started clen , and t3-t4 around week 3, i think i had better results from eca stack thought. But now i am off everything , only using nyc and eca stack, starting clen again tomorrow.
