Looking harder from what I can tell especialy in the bottom back pic and the front most muscular. Looking solid my man!

You still look full. Your side chest is a strong one, bu are you pressing your outer leg on the interior leg to get the hamstring out? Also your back double Bi is good. Very good improvements bro. Stay the course
 
I didnt get the ham out on that pic and wasnt pressing it, i didnt relize it then and the wife was ready to go lol but i gotta keep working on my poses and get them better, thanks bro pullin for ya only a weekend behind ya Dude
 
continue to lean out. your getting there, but you could be a tad behind schedule...the muscle is there, so dont worry about weight, just focus on the overall look
 
Thanks Chris, behind schedule? well give me advice to get on schedule if can, i followed your advice and been following keto for 3 to 4 weeks. i dont crave or miss the carbs now, i do cardio 45 morn , 20 at night. im takin 75mcgs t3, off clen currently and takin eca morn as well, with adex .5 a day, 300mg prop a week, 300 tren a week, 100mg win ed. my weight this morning was 206. show is Sat July 16th, weigh ins are July 15th afternoon.
 
ok, with 5 weeks to go. You have time to be ripped to the bone...Continue the cardio, but add in a protein/ vege day now. So it would look like this

Day 1 - Pro/Fats (Palumbo diet, correct?)
Day 2 - Pro/Fats
Day 3 - Pro/veges (lean proteins, like chicken breast, turkey breast, egg whites, tuna, green veges only day) Note- this will be a very tough day, so you might want to make it an off day with cardio only
Day 4 - Pro Fats
Day 5 - Pro/Fats
Day 6 - Pro/Veges
Day 7 - Pro/Carbs (or a cheat meal, around 250-300 grams of carbs )
Day 8 - start cycle all over again

im guessing your normal diet looks like this

meal 1 - 6 whole eggs
meal 2 - 8oz. Chicken breast with 10z. cashews
meal 3 - 2 scp. whey isolate, 2 tbsp natty penut butter
meal 4 - same as meal 2
meal 5 - 8oz. sirlon or ground beef, green salad with olive oil and vinegar
meal 6 - same as meal 3

so if your doing a diet like that, then the pro/vege day would look like this

meal 1 - 10-12 egg whites, with 2 yolks
meal 2 - 8oz. chicken breast, green veges (like broc, or green beans)
meal 3 - 2 scp. whey isolate mixed in water
meal 4 - same as meal 2
meal 5 - same as meal 3
meal 6 - egg whites again or chicken breast and vege meal

the key on this day, is to go very, very low cals and to really get the body to use up fat stores, by the end of the day. You will be beat, and totally out of it...But, you will lean up very fast with these pro/vege days. After 2 weeks of following this, see where your at. Post up new pics....

I have been hard at it for two weeks and not on here too often I will post pics tonight, I've been following your advice exactly chris and made a huge diffrence. I want to get with you on a few things if you will . . Thanks for everything MC board!
