A little GH experiment that I now swear by

So, after running HGH for about 8 months now, I figured I'd change it up a bit. HGH is definitely all it's cracked up to be, if you can afford it. However, I have done extensive research and wanted to share with everyone here what it is that I've come to find.

1st- HGH makes my temples swell up at anything over 2iu/day consecutively for more than a month. However, after coming off for a couple weeks, it goes back to normal, so if this is happening to you, do like I did and blend up your food and drink it down. If your anything like me, you'll do anything to make gains. Even if that means blending a steak with a diet coke and veggies.

2nd- after about 3 months the effects should start to take place. Number one change that I have noticed is the change in streangth. I personally believe it is essential for making big gains becuase not only are you streangthening your muscles, your streanthening your tendons and ligaments as well, which in turn prevents injuries.

3rd- I don't see a need to take daily injections of HGH. I have found that taking every 3rd day injections at high dosages (I've been doing 12iu every third day at 4am, 4afternoon, and 4iu evening). The results have been astonishing to say the least. I have lost so much fat, and my streangth is still at the same spot as when I was 15lbs heavier. I decided to give this a run after studying the release of HGH in adolesence and am glad that I did.

also, if you are running HGH and don't feel numbness in your hands and/or feet from time to time, get a home pregnancy test and see if it comes up positive. If it does, you have some bunk sh*t!

You should post before and after pics to give us an idea of what it has done for (to) you. If I ever get the chance, I'm gonna do this too.
 
Christmas will be exactly 8 months since I started lifting again. First pic is of my first 14 weeks and the last two where taken last week.

I started my HGH every third day in high dosages about a month after my 14 week transformation and didn't change my diet much at all.
 
Wow, amazing progress. I'm a little curious...how do you afford the hgh? That's gotta run up some cash pretty quick. (Maybe I'm working in the wrong field, lol!)

anyone know - would this practice be applicable to IGF-1 usage?
 
Damnit man! Congrats big time! I look almost IDENTICAL to your second pic, maybe a little leaner, Im 6'0 205 right now. Now just what in the hell do I have to do to get a figure like your 3rd,4th, and 5th pics? Ive never been that lean!

I had been out of the game for over 4yrs from a gunshot incident that happened to me. The first pic shows what not touching a weight for 4yrs will do to a man. I had some pretty severe damage done to my left arm from the shotgun, so against better judgement I jumped right into a cycle of sust for 14 weeks and closed it out with winstrol for the final 7 weeks.

Currently running my 2nd cycle after taking 8 weeks off between and it consists of Tren ace/test P 100mg ED with Winstrol 50mg/day. I've been running that for almost 6 weeks now.

As far as the IGF-1 usage, I wouldn't recommend it, I went with 200mcg/day and got severe headaches. I'm saving what's left of my IGF supply for bridging with D'bol between this cycle and my next bulker that will be coming up.

the 1st 2nd and 3rd pics where from me doing a 5 day a week routine while running the sust and winny. Diet was high calorie high protein but because of muscle memory, I had no problems getting back in fairly good shape.

The number one thing that has taken the fat off of me and put on the muscle (I know you hear it all the time) was protein. LOTS AND LOTS of protein. Also, I switched to a 3-4 day a week routine with a lot less work sets. Now I do two warm up set per muscle group, 1-2 work sets per muscle and do no more than 3 muscles per training day. I'm in and out in about 1/2 hour.

This has been very efficient in gaining mass for the simple fact that my 1 work set is done with insane i-n-t-e-n-s-i-t-y. To the point where I feel like passing out. In fact, I did pass out about two weeks back. Managed to find a corner before going down, but it was still funny as hell. I was doing deadlifts.
 
If you are mimicing the way growth hormone is released in adolescence then why don't you shoot growth 3 or 4 times a month in larger doses as this is how it is released during adolescence. I tried this method personally and found it to be less effective than daily injections.

With regards to affording it, HGH is no longer as expensive as it used to be thanks to alittle healthy competition ANke-Bio and Gen-Sci have lowered their prices greatly in recent times.
 
By the way TOm which brand of GH are you using? I prefer Ansomone much better results for me and a better company on the whole.

yeah bro, how many grams of protein are you taking and about how much does a gh cycle cost these days? and yes you look good bro keep it up.
 
I've been using Jins, just because that's what My supplier was carrying. However I'm going to have to switch over to Kexing after the beginning of the year due to a change in suppliers.

Protein intake is anywhere from 500gm to 750gm per day. I know it's a lot, but I figure since 1/4 of the calories I'm taking in are being used just to digest the protein, it's got to be a good way to increase the metabolism.

You're right about the release in adolesence FynePhysique, however I didn't want to go as high as 50-60iu/day injections of HGH. The mere thought of cromag skull has me in tears.


oh yeah, I think it's against board rules, and if so a mod can delete it, but a 100iu kit shouldn't be costing any more than 300 bucks.

How long do you do your HGH cycles? Or are you continually on it? Though most people have diminishing returns with IGF after 4-6 weeks, for some reason, I've been able to use it for much longer. My last cycle went on about 10 weeks and would have gone further if I hadn't run out. I was still getting results from it, and I was up to about 120 mcg/day--no headaches, but always hungry. Do you think I could use IGF in sort of the same manner as you use HGH? Also, do you take it IM or subQ? I've always done IM with the IGF, but I may do subQ if I can get enough for a long cycle.

I'm continually on for the last 8 months minus the last couple of weeks bcuz I'm looking to drop the water off of me.

From what I've heard of the IGF taking it subQ is better for fat loss and IM is better for gains. I could be wrong and don't hold me to it, but that is what I've heard.

As far as my form of innoculation for the HGH, PM me and I'll give you my answer, but for the purposes of keeping others safe, I go IM with my HGH. That's my final answer!
 
Thanks, bro, though now I remember what you do with the HGH, and I have to say you have balls of steel to do that. Still, do you think going IM would still give us good results injecting the same amounts at the same times? And you haven't had any diminishing returns in 8 months?
