Adding stack to IGF-1

Hey guys I've been lifting for about a year and in the past few weeks decided to throw some IGF-1 into the mix to see what the fuss was about. Last night was my first lift on IGF-1 and wow! The vascularity and difference in reps is crazy!

My dosing on IGF-1:

Morning: 20mcg
30 Min Pre-workout: either 20mcg or 20mcg bilaterally (bi's, tri's, calves, etc)


I've been thinking about after this cycle of IGF-1 is over and before I start the next cycle I'd like to add something to the mix. However; I don't know enough about stacking or what works best. I hear people talk good about Super DMZ 2.0, but don't know the benefits or even what taking a PCT after that cycle means.

Thats good to hear brutha! Personally I think you could up the dose to 30mcgs and I just apply it to my abs, but a lot of guys love applying it to the muscle group they are working that day. Keep us posted on ur progress brutha
 
Stick with your current protocol and like presser said up the dose to 30mcg's. I'd stay with that for the time being, the real benifits of the MC IGF come later down the road. In the mean time you can do some more research on PH cycles and how to properly run your PCT.

Agreed. The pumps are awesome, but the real benefit takes a few weeks. It really has a huge affect on your physique
