Advice On What I Should Use ? As Far As Steroids?

It is possible to loose FAT and gain muscle mass at the same time. I have
gained muscle and lost fat at the same time naturally. Your weight stays
pretty much the same but you look different in the mirror. Eat good and work
out HARD and see where it takes you. Thats a start. Keep reading and asking
questions then start "playing" with workout/diet/cardio before going to the "next"
level. Just one guys opinion. (also, if something sounds to good to be true it
usually is)
