so i go to the local health store(hippie central). Their natural peanutbutter machine is down. So i use the natural Almond nut machine and man that stuff taste sooo good. I don't even have to put esplanda on it or nothing i can eat alot of it. So my question is which is better for you and why. Those of you who eat this I was told to not eat more than 2tbl spoons per day if i wanna stay lean. what do you guys think?
