Gotta start the festivities with a cold beer, preferably 22 oz in a chilled mug. I like the prime rib idea, but start it out with steak quesadillas with shitloads of guacamole and sour cream. The prime rib should be served with FRENCH FRIES with a boatload of ranch dressing to dip them in. For dessert? Cheesecake's good, but I prefer the heated brownie, with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.........I'm sooooo fat
