I cant get them to grow... My arms are at 19.5 inches right now and have been for the past few months!

I do Biceps on Tuesday once a week. Triceps on Wednesday .Here is what I do....
Tuesday.....
4 sets of 12 on curls with the curved bar and a 45 on each side.
4 sets of 10 on dumbell curls twisting at the peak.
4 sets of 12 on a machine with moderate weight , 80 or 90 pounds.
4 sets of 10 on the preacher with dumbells and no rest between arms, 10 with the left then 10 with the right and back to the left again and so on with a 25 pounder keeping my arm straight.

Wednesday....
4 sets of 12 with a sitting push down machine at 130 to 150 pounds progressing.
4 sets of 12 standing cable push downs with as much as I can do 4 full sets of 12.
4 sets of 12 seated over the head extensions with heavy weights.
4 sets of 10 reverse cables same as my ending biceps work out.

Is this too much?? Thanks

go to heavy barbell curls, keep the reps from 3-6. thats what i start off with on arm day.

Hell, yes, you are overtraining them, although 19.5 is pretty big. I was 19.25 at one point myself so I know. If you are looking for 20 and above (like me :) ), I'd do a lot of compound movements like rowing, chins, lat pulls, dips, etc. I reduced to 18.75 to even out my biceps growth with my triceps because they were getting out of proportion. I've been concentrating on more compound movements, and my triceps are coming up--I'm back to 19". The only exercise I do to work biceps directly is curls done DC style.

You should post some pics in the members section so we can see what you are talking about.

16 sets sounds like a lot. If you been on that for a while, switch to the opposite.
Heavier with lower reps. Mabey 6 instead of 10-12. Just a thought. !9.5 is pretty
dam big.

I wish I knew what it was like to be stuck at that size. I am stuck at 16. I was 17 once but some was water retention. One thing I would watch is preachers especially on cycle. I know running test makes the bones somewhat weaker (at least thats what I read.) I actually got to where I was using a fair amount of weight on preachers and stress fractured my forearm. Just wanted to let you know. I know you know what you're doing but be aware they can cause that.
