I haven't checked in quite some time but it's nice to see its affordable to shoot again (well cheaper than it has been lately). I guess supply finally caught up. Anyone stocking up now that its down in price?

I still think its higher than it should be and you can hardly find any .22 rounds around here.

I don't pay attention to this kind of stuff, but a lot of my friends buy ammo all the time and they've been paying roughly $40 for a box of .22 longs. I'm not sure what they used to be, but that seems affordable to me. But at the same time, I can't see buying them just to go shoot and get nothing out of it. I've just never been interested in guns though.

Prices are down
I have been buying 50 - 100 rounds of 9 mm.
Now because of the buzz the stock market is going to crash again I am
stocking up on my long gun ammo. & shot gun .

so I'm collecting
8mm
.308. Cal
12 gauge
( pump & Dbl. Barrel)

They are down but not where they use to be. I've got about 1200 rounds of 223 and probably close to 5000 rounds of 22lr. Pretty much I have plenty of rounds for each gun I have except my old 30-30 and those rounds have went up a lot. I remember when you could get 20 rounds for $9 and not they've close to almost doubled in price.

I stopped by the ammo section in Walmart this weekend just to see, because I haven't looked in months. They were still completely wiped out. So, still no ammo available here.

Cheap? I dont know about that. My 35 is still over a dollar a round, and the 38 was 32 bucks for 50

your walmart probably just stopped stocking it, my walmart has none but the one the next town over is coded as a rural store and they get ammo stocked all the time and are very well stocked just 10 miles away.
