I'm starting to be a big believer in using an anti-aromatase during cycles and even when I'm "off." I'm finding for me at least that it seems to leave more testosterone available as free testosterone, which is the testosterone that builds your muscles since the rest is bound by SHBG. That means that cycles are more effective. Though I don't seem to react to estrogen, I am finding there's a difference on how well what I'm taking is working. If it means more muscle, then I'm all for it!

I have been running 4 mg a week of Arimidex as my Anti E thoughout my cycle, and it has definately kept the bloat down. Afterward for my PCT I will run HCG for three weeks along with Clomid, and I will see how it turns out.

Anti-E's (Arimidex, letro, etc.) will raise your LH and FSH and increase your testosterone when not using exogenous T; not to mention that they will control your Estradiol too.

if the price tag on Arim. wasnt so high and hcg wasnt so hard to get right now i def would try it out!!!

saudades, keep us posted on your results

A-dex is cheap threw the MC store...Thats where i get mine...

I normally run about .5 mg EOD during a cycle, and up it as I get closer to showtime...

OP, if you're planning on running ai's off cycle, I'd recommend getting regular bloodtests. I'd be interested in the results on your cholesterol as well as your igf levels.

Testing for IGF levels isn't a normal test so that might be hard to do, but cholesterol I get done all the time. I'm normally around 130 total which is very low.

Just so you are aware, arimidex turns your lipid profiles into shit.

My recommendation is to use Aromasin (Exemestane) at 12.5mg ED. It is actually more effective than Adex, doesn't screw with your lipids, etc.
