any advice will help

Just wanted to say thanks for all the advice and you guys are right, no more pain. dont feel anything anymore the quad and the butt are easiest for me but i have another question im on my fourth week and have six more to go. I have been growing crazy but i need some advice on cardio. My body fat went down almost ten percent, in the 4 weeks. lets just say im about 24 percent fat now and being 5 '10 thats damn fat i weigh 240 but i carry my fat around the waist my upper bodys taking nice shape and i have lost weight around the middle but i would like to lose it more quickly dont really want to change my eating' cause i am droping fat wieght but still growing great solid muscle, but i havent started cardio yet . i want to do the eliptical trainer because i tore my acl and mcl had to replace with a cadaver parts, and im afraid of running right off the bat, since its been some years . . So my question is how much cardio is reasonable with what im taking .. see above post... i realize ill lose some size but that ok i just need to lose some damn weight.
 
i will try the 30-40 mins a day of cardio ill try it m-f my diet is pretty clean i calculate up to about 270 grams of protien a day. i eat 1 cup of white rice with three meals and have brocolli and carrots and i eliminated soda and only drink water. i think my program has worked will for me but i think that your suggestion might put me over the top thanks for the advice. illl try it fo a couple weeks and let you know what happens. :thumbsup: :D THANKS
