i know theyre not the best to put on size but i think theyre pretty good for cardio if you dont like running and for getting in a quick workout at home if you cant make it to the gym
I know they are now staples in most mma gyms. I actually looked into getting some last time I was in Dick's. I know people that swear by them. I think for the purpose of compound movements they are great. Just more tools in the shed if you ask me.
i do mma, so i think kettlebells are right above dumbells and kick the hell outta barbells and machines. no weight device is better for building overall explosive strength and power quickly. as far as bodybuilding i'd think you could get more cosmetic results with regular weights butg for functional and explosive strength and power nothing beats them. great for grapplers.:satan:
