Any of you guys go to the gym with your wifes, or girfriends?

Wife and I are obviously gym rats etc...but it sucks cause she does cardio for almost as long as my damn workouts then im ready to leave when shes ready to start hitting the iron,lol, talk about way off, anyone else have this problem, i guess if i started doing cardio i wouldnt have this issue of sitting around til she is done,lol
 
Tried to get my wife to come with me. It worked for a couple of months, then she dropped out.
 
I'd love to get my wife to workout but now that my gym is in my basement I'm going to try again and see if I can't get her to do something at least a few times a week. problem is that she always wants to workout with me and I can't focus on lifting and help her at the same time
 
my wife is my workout partner...i compete & she competes as well & is nationally qualified!
 
my girlfriend works out at my gym and she is hot!!!!. I dont think she realize's she is my girlfriend cus I havent talked to her yet, but I will one of these days.

lmao...good stuff and hell no. My wife would screw up my workout. I can't even have a workout partner because I work so quickly and so much differently than most. oh well...I like working out alone.
 
I love it/ hate it when my wife works out with me. Its cool cause we seriously need to do more things alone/ without the kids, but it sucks cause i can not have a good workout with her there. She always wants to cut out early, or cant do cardio for more than 20min... Just blows.

What i started doing is hit the gym first do everything.... then take her later. But that sucks too cause im in a gym for like 4 hours.
 
I actualy enjoy my wife when she is my workout partner, its just when she is dieting hard like now that i hate it cause she starts with long cardio session and then im almost done by the time she wants to hit the weights ya know, but in all fairness my wife is a good partner for just training weight
 
My girlfriends were allways to lazy to go to the gym with me. Plus if she can't help me out with a spot every now and then, then what good is she ?...lol

my gf goes to the gym with me when my regular lifting partner isnt around and she is pretty good, she calls me names when i am benching and deadlifting and shit like,"do 2 more reps you pussy" etc and it actually motivates me, plus she is getting in better shape and i like to help, she does a shit load more cardio then me though..The only problem she has is the dieting aspect, she hates to eat clean etc and that in turn makes me a fat fuck because i have zero will power

lmao, I never thought of it that way. I would probably bet myself in trouble by looking at the wrong coochy though...lol

NaughtyCowgirl and I go to the same gym at the same time... we just usually have 2 different vehicles... early AM workouts, and we head in two different directions... in the gym, she does cardio and has her own routine, and i have my routine... then she's off to work, and i'm off ... 'looking for work' ...
 
My grilfriend has been going mid day to a cardio class, then goes back to an abs class late afternoon and then goes with me that evening a trains weights. She's been bustin ass.... summer is just around the corner here in the South.

How do you guys solve the problem with weight? For example: you bench 300 and she benches 75...do you really move all those plates around between sets or what? Obviously machines don't create this problem but I can't solve the problem with free weights. What do I do!?
