Anybody else getting delays??

Is anyone else in the US getting delays with receiving their injectables from genxxl? My order was supposed to be here on the 8th and still nothing. The second order injectables made it on the scheduled date, but not the first and now on another order, I've received everything except the injectables. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem in the US

genxxl is aware that some orders on or around that date are having some delays......if not received after the 30 day past expected date then make a support ticket and contact a site rep here....they will take care of you

This does happen sometimes, very normal. I've experienced it myself. Only once have I had to ask for a re-ship. My advice to you is to document with pictures what you have received in their packaging. Usually after 21 days from the expected arrival date you can then ask them to re-ship. They will ask that it go to a different address however. If you can also send the rep you deal with the pictures of what you have so you can easily prove what is and is not there, your re-ship will go MUCH faster.

Not everything ships from the same place. I've had orders come in in just 5 days, others 3 weeks or more.

I'm not bitching, I was just curious if others were having this issue. I understand this isn't like buying from walmart.com with guaranteed on time shipping. I understand it takes longer in some instances. This isn't something that's going to keep me from buying in the futuure either. I've just gotten a PO Box and had my address switched so I know that's going to hold it up about another week so I was just wanting to try to get a time frame from what others were dealing with

And just another question I have. I'm assuming I probably already know the answer, but I'll ask anyway. Why don't websites like this use say UPS? When I worked there we had TONS of shit come through there and nobody ever checked it out or anything. Most of the drivers know what they deliver because they either look or have been told by the receiver. I'm just kind of wondering why people don't use them because they aren't government for 1 and 2, they don't check anything and I mean ANYTHING

I think it's because even though they may not check anything, they can be tracked, which is information that can be given to LE.

i believe UPS vs USPS is due to total volume of packs,letters, etc.......UPS deals mostly with packages and have more pre-inspection resources.....it's just a guess though

It can be tracked through them, but if you look at Naps for example, you can pay the $99 shipping to have it here within 8-10 days. That includes tracking and a signature required.

if you're willing to pay an extra buck and sign for an illegal package that's the risk you take.....i'll stick with the safe route and just be more patient

I have nev er had an issue in the past. I will say that my last pack came in two shipments and the second one came 3 weeks late.
