Yeah, I love them! They don't have any flavor so they take the flavor of whatever you cook it in and it's the texture of noodles. I've made pad thai (like it in the pix I posted last year), italian gravy (or "marinara sauce" for you non-italians, lol), mixed it with frozen veggies and sauce... whatever you want! And $20 buys you 10 packages. I think the website might have recipes too.
When you first open the package, it has a fishy smell... it comes with brief directions. I just rinse them real quick in a strainer, then put it in the pot with whatever I'm cooking. They don't taste funny at all. I think the fishy liquid it comes in helps preserve it or something.

Anyway, good info. This might be a good option for my wife, hell my mother might like them too.
