Thought about starting boxing during these winter months since it gets dark early now a couple days a week. Anyone around here train and mix it in with weight lifting?
Got a local guy who trains tai fighters and is a mui tai champion hiself. Said he has classes tues n thurs 7-9. They do conditioning and stregth training too.
I mess around with Krav Maga great work out if I'm pissed off, Ill do 8 minute timers total all out attack on the heavy bag
