Been winging it (doing whatever I feel like that day) for a while and thinking
of starting DC again. Anyone else doing DC nowadays???

Not doing DC anymore. I probably should, but I just like working out more often. It's just the psychological benefit I guess.

gotta do whatever keeps your head in the game. I'm ALMOST ready. I really like just
doing whatever I feel like that day. If I have xtra time I do more volume which I had
gotten away from. I'm feeling good and getting stronger. Liked DC though. When I
feel stagnent I'll switch back.

I'm back on it and making progress again. The volume workout was starting to wear me out.

It just seems like Im wasting precious time on a cycle by not doing extremely high volume. I have always read the best way to gain on a cycle is just all out balls to the wall. But It makes sense so Im going to keep trying it.

I don't think this is true at all bro. Even while on gear you can overtrain. Rest and diet is just as important as working out.

Actually, DC training feels like balls the wall sometimes. It is not an easy workout, but it is extremely effective.

No really, I agree that the training itself is balls out, but the rest in between feels like Im wasting time with so many rest days. But hey I'm just into my first week of this program, so I need to give it some time, and put in some heavy sets.

Took me a while to get used to. Especially the ONE set for arms. That drove me nuts
until I started noticing gains. Keep it up - you'll like it.
