shit 4 drops to start when i start i have to start at 1 or id be shaking like a leaf. I can build up to like 10 or 15 but when i first start 1 is enough to keep me going all day long.

Yup, just started again this week... I'm in diet mode and ready to get sexified for June! LOL. I have to be careful how much I take though because if people at work see me shaking, they'll get suspicious... and it's happened a few times now.

Ive never seen how long it works for ive used it for a month before and i was still feeling the effects pretty good. It has ketotifen already in it, the first couple days believe it or not mid afternoon you might get a bit sleepy. Its the K in it i guess. Once you get used to it it doesnt happen anymore but the first few days im wired for like 4 hours then i start to drag then im back up again. Kinda weird. May not happen to you. Yes i would discontinue the other clen and let your receptors clean out as they will still hit the same beta 2 receptors. And both together will just be too powerful for your body.
