I struggled with low self esteem most of my life and I feel it pushed me to be better in most aspects. Not so with girls. I used to constantly crave attention, but man most people are garbage. Being able to say you are faithful is a huge accomplishment and speaks volumes about your character. It is hard.
Every morning I wake up and look in the mirror and think of all the amazing things in my life as a direct result of my wife. I also know that she looks up to me and has total faith in me. It makes it much easier to resist the temptation to do some "innocent" flirting.
Monogamy is so rewarding. There is nothing so tempting that I would risk her. God knows it isn't always easy, but nothing worth having is.
