Believe it or not, I only weigh about 210 right now. Had alot of stress and other shit goin on and I lost like 15lbs!!!!! I'm slowly puttn the weight back on, but doing it the smart way and not eating like shit. Cals have been down a little , but the quality of the food I have been eating is alot better and cleaner. I look way bigger than 210 and get told that all the time. I actualy prefer keeping lean all year round and keeping my fat level to a reasonable level all year round. I mean I lost 15lbs, but goddamn I looked fckn jacked!!!! Kinda gives me a look at what I'm gna look like this time I do a show. Gotta see the postives in the negatives....
