Back, Bi's Chest, tri's. how do you do it?

Chest....Back......Shoulders.....Legs......Bi's/Tri's

Not necessarily in that order every time.
 
I find that when I work those together(back bi's or chest tri's) I dont get that good of a work out because they are all tired.
 
Day 5 is off then start over, after 4 more training days then 2 days off etc. What you get is 22-24 training days per month.
