I have been having real trouble doin legs for the last 3 to 4 weeks. between injuries and personal issues, I just didn't have it in me to even do legs. Lst week though things started to get better and i had a super intense leg day. Gta say, my training partner has realy helped keep the intensity up.
 
What kind of injuries did you have Zues? I see you've been doing the y3t workouts... I'm giving that a try but finding it hard to do the heavy ass 6-8 rep sets the first week due to my shoulder injury. Going to give it a try though. Do you think the heavy compound movements contributed to any of your injuries or made them worse?
