Here is a side by side comparison of my back improvements. I really wanted to get more thickness, so I concentrated on heavy rack deads, t-bar rows, and keeping that mind/muscle connection to really feel the contraction. I also put a lot more emphasis on the eccentric portion of all my movements. I had to lower my weights for awhile, but I'm back to using the same weights, just with better control. In the new pic I'm 175 with a slightly higher bf% than the 160 pic.
