back thickness improvements

Here is a side by side comparison of my back improvements. I really wanted to get more thickness, so I concentrated on heavy rack deads, t-bar rows, and keeping that mind/muscle connection to really feel the contraction. I also put a lot more emphasis on the eccentric portion of all my movements. I had to lower my weights for awhile, but I'm back to using the same weights, just with better control. In the new pic I'm 175 with a slightly higher bf% than the 160 pic.
 
Definitely notice the uppper back thickness. do you do full range of motion deads? the lower back looks the same..

Great work overall though. 15lbs!
 
yeah great job bro, keep it up. Not sure if you do them or not but I've found that Yates rows have helped my thickness a lot.
 
Your upper back is way thicker and looks like your tie ins just below the delts are bigger as well.
 
shoulders look a lot bigger too! can tell the difference bigtime
 
great progress... and still lean as hell.. regardless of what you say you BF is.. and actually i don't think the lower back looks the same i think the lower is actually showing more definition..
 
I was going to say something on one of the other posts but didn't want to hi-jack the post. I noticed the difference as soon as I saw
your picture. Added size and GREAT definition.
