I wouldn't think so, but to some extent, it depends on when. The chocolate milk would have sugar AND lactose. The bagels and potatoes are pretty simple (high glycemic) carbs, but could be ok post workout.

NO WAY JOSE EAT YAMS INSTEAD OF BAKED POTATOE NO MILK AT ALL DURING CUTTING AND NO BREAD EITHER, SO I WOULD SAY NONE OF THEM BIG GUY

what do you guys think about plain oatmeal and wheat crackers while cutting for carbs? good or bad idea? oh and rice?

not white rice. Brown rice is ok. Any carbs consumed should be complex carbs (low glycemic). Generally they would be from whole grains.

I'm having great results right now with all my carbs coming from oatmeal, sweet potatoes (yams), and an apple a day. BTW, I hated sweet potatoes at first (was microwaving them). I've started baking them (20 min at 400 degrees, then 45-75 minutes at 375) and they are awesome! I still think I had to get used to them, but I really look forward to eating them, now!

hell w/some sweet pots lol...to answer your question, none of them are good at all for cutting as presser said...all my carbs from cutting come from rice cakes oatmeal and what lil greens I eat, b/c I hate sweet potatoes!
